The Redcel team believes that quality delivery of products is about building habits that deliver quality. We focus on three aspects that enhance quality of our products and services.

We consistently and periodically train our people to have an attitude for quality. Like Henry Ford’s idea, we want our people to do well when no one is looking. With Job based training of working onlean manufacturing system we also provide emotional and attitudinal training to people to always be alert for quality in terms of their own actions and the overall wellbeing of REDCELL.
People drive all other actions in the company. Whether they are on shop floor or dispatch department or in sales and marketing. Whether they are our dealers and distributors or service franchise, their habits and actions will reflect our core thinking of delivering customer delight.

At Redcel, the processes of every repeating action are well defined by experienced professionals. Each action leads to good quality output. Whether it is on workshop floor, in office or at dealer point, it is best to establish processes that guide people’s actions and decisions.
The processes make sure customers across I get the same experience.

PRODUCTS :

“Products will deliver performance as promised” – REDCEL TEAM
Products of Redcel occupy the major part of user experience. Whether it is customer or dealer. They feel the issues of product experience in customers. The team makes sure every product that rolls out of our manufacturing unit is well tested and checked for performance at customer end.
In process checking and Quality Assurance of final products form a combination of stringent quality checks at every stage, making sure dispatched products will never have complains.
