The Director, Production and Technology, he has a key role to play in establishing a state of the art manufacturing unit that would have high output at good efficiency. Machinery purchase, equipment selection, integrating the production system and applying quality management initiatives are key aspects of his responsibilities. His experience in production of ceramic insulators and tiles have made him an expert in manufacturing setup and smoothly operating them.
